Choosing a DSL Service Provider

Having problems on choosing a DSL Internet service providers ? Below are some guidelines assisting you in selecting a suitable provider that best fulfills your needs.

• Consider the type of  DSL service the ISP provides. The speed of uploading and downloading for each type of DSL modem differ.

• Cost - The monthly fees, setup charges (if any), the installation cost and any other additional cost or potential rate increase.

• What's others service plans does the ISP offer? E-mail account, site hosting, web design etc.

• What are the equipment and software that needs to be installed in order for you to use the service. Does the ISP provide them ?

• Technical Support and Customer Service - Whole year? 24-hour daily ?

• What are the billing options that are available. Check, credit card..........

Note: make sure your telephone company evaluate your telephone line to determine if it can be used for DSL.
